เกจวัดระดับ Nihon Klingage ชนิดลูกลอยแม่เหล็ก (Magnetic Float Type) เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับวัดระดับของเหลว ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบหลัก 3 ส่วน คือ ห้องลูกลอย (a float chamber), ลูกลอยแม่เหล็ก (a magnetic float) และ ตัวบ่งชี้ภายนอก (an external indicator) ในขณะที่ ลูกลอย (Float) เคลื่อนที่ไปพร้อมกับของเหลวที่อยู่ภายในห้องลูกลอย (Water Column) การเคลื่อนที่นี้จะทำให้ Flapper ซึ่งเป็นแผ่นบ่งชี้สีเล็ก ๆ พลิกจากสีหนึ่งไปยังอีกสีหนึ่ง ซึ่งสามารถวัดระดับของเหลวได้อย่างชัดเจน
Nihon Klingage MG series have three components; a float chamber, a magnetic float and an external indicator. As the Float moves with the changes in the liquid level, the magnetic attraction between the Indicator and Float will ensure that the Indicator will track the position of the float exactly and thus, the liquid level is measured precisely.
